DI2579N High-Voltage Bipolar NPN Transistor

Diotec Semiconductor DI2579N High-Voltage Bipolar NPN Transistor is widely used for reliable control purposes. The DI2579N is housed in the SOT-223 package allowing a continuous collector current of 1A and collector-emitter voltage of up to 700V. The transistor delivers a 20 DC gain, suitable for high voltage switching applications, and amplifies low input signals to high voltage levels.
