PN7642 Single-Chip NFC Solution

NXP Semiconductors PN7642 Single-Chip NFC Solution includes a high-performance NFC reader, a customizable MCU, and a security toolbox. The low-power Arm^® Cortex^® M33-based MCU features 180kB of programmable flash memory, while  the SESIP-certified security system is optimized for cryptography and secure key storage. The NXP PN7642 is highly integrated and designed to replace an additional MCU and dedicated secure element. Additional features include a rich set of controller and host interfaces, along with a comprehensive product support package, to facilitate a quick design-in. The NXP Semiconductors PN7642 solution is offered in a compact VFBGA64 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
