Convertidores sincrónicos tipo buck LM5165

Los convertidores sincrónicos tipo buck LM5165 de Texas Instruments son convertidores sincrónicos tipo buck de IQ ultrabaja compactos y fáciles de usar de 3 V a 65 V, con una alta eficiencia en amplios rangos de voltaje de entrada y de corriente de carga. Con MOSFET de alta y baja presión integrados, se puede ofrecer una corriente de salida de hasta 150 mA a voltajes de salida fijos de 3.3 V o 5 V, o una salida ajustable. Los convertidores están diseñados para simplificar la implementación, mientras que se ofrecen opciones para optimizar el rendimiento de la aplicación objetivo. Se selecciona el modo de Modulación de frecuencia de pulso (PFM) para obtener una eficiencia de carga liviana o control de tiempo constante (COT) para una frecuencia operativa casi constante. Ambos esquemas de control no requieren compensación de circuito, mientras que ofrecen una excelente respuesta de línea y transición de carga, además de PWM breves a tiempo para grandes índices de conversión reductora.
