This high-performance device provides low reverse current, low thermal resistance, reduced switching, and conduction losses. STMicroelectronics STTH60RQ06-M2Y Automotive Turbo 2 Rectifier is designed for applications requiring a high-voltage secondary rectification for LLC full-bridge topology. This rectifier is also ideal for switching power supplies, industrial and automotive applications, rectification, freewheeling, and clamping diodes.
