Littelfuse B-UC4L Dual Port Negative Battrax® Protection Thyristors are programmable SIDACtor® components designed to protect SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) from damaging overvoltage transients. Dual port protection is provided by a programmable device that is referenced to a negative voltage source while internal diodes provide protection from positive surge events. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The MS-013 package thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, dual-port protection, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings.
