Controladores de iluminación LED infrarroja MPQ7231

Los controladores de iluminación LED infrarroja MPQ7231 de Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) ofrecen controladores LED infrarrojos (IR) de frecuencia fija y corriente constante con funciones integradas para seguridad ocular. Estos controladores LED cuentan con un rango de voltaje de entrada en funcionamiento de 6 V a 42 V y son ideales para controlar una o dos luces LED IR. Los controladores LED MPQ7231 están configurados para modo reductor o reductor-elevador, y alcanzan hasta 3 A y 2.4 A de corriente máxima (ILED_PEAK), respectivamente. Estos controladores utilizan la tecnología FET BCD avanzada a fin de minimizar las pérdidas de ohmios para proporcionar MOSFET de resistencia de encendido ultrabaja con 44 mΩ (HS-FET) y 40 mΩ (LS-FET). Las aplicaciones típicas incluyen sistemas de monitoreo de controladores (DMS), iluminación IR para cámaras automotrices y sistemas de vigilancia.
