IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

Controladores LED automotrices LITIX™

Infineon's LITIX™ Basic Automotive LED Drivers are optimized for the control of low to medium power LEDs in automotive applications. The whole family of linear constant current sources offers footprint compatibility ranging from 1 to 3 output channels with typ. 60-180mA and enables stable and reliable LED brightness by precise current control. The integration of features also increases the system reliability by component reduction on board level, ensures system protection (e.g. against ISO pulses) and can help to optimize system efficiency. In addition the automotive optimized scalable feature set of the automotive LED Drivers simplify lighting system solutions by integrating protection and diagnostic features. They also enable the reuse of core design to reduce development effort and time.

LITIX™ Basic+ LED Drivers

Infineon Technologies LITIX™ Basic+ LED Drivers are a scalable family of LED Drivers featuring 1 to 3 inputs/outputs and an integrated power shift circuit. Output currents from 5mA up to 360mA (with power shift) can be served with LITIX Basic+ LED Drivers. The LITIX Basic+ devices also have optimized diagnosis features as well as an improved output current accuracy. Several selectable fault management modes offer high design-in flexibility. In addition, the LITIX Basic+ Drivers flexible Single LED Short (SLS) feature enable these devices to go into a latched off-state, an active retry state, or a diagnosis state without channel deactivation.
