AP7315 150mA High PSRR Low Noise LDO with Enable

Diodes Inc. AP7315 150mA High PSRR Low Noise LDO with Enable has a high output voltage accuracy with low RDS(ON) and high PSRR. The AP7315 has a low 60µVrms output noise and a low 35µA quiescent current. The AP7315 has a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit and an enable input. Typical applications include smart phone, RF supplies, cameras and portable video.The AP7315Q LDOs are automotive compliant regulators that are based on a CMOS process. These AP315Q regulators are available with output discharge function (AP7315DQ) and without output discharge function (AP7315Q).
