Premier Reference Image Sensor Modules Ecosystem

AR0830 Hyperlux LP Image Sensors

onsemi AR0830 Hyperlux LP Image Sensors are 1/2.9" back-side illuminated (BSI) stacked CMOS digital image sensors with a 3840 x 2160 active-pixel array. These advanced sensors capture images in linear or enhanced dynamic range (eDR) modes and offer a rolling-shutter readout. The AR0830 series features an architecture and design structure that delivers high-quality performance and consumes ultra-low power. These modules are supported by a 1.4μm BSI pixel from onsemi and provide excellent performance in lowlight and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths. onsemi AR0830 Hyperlux LP 8.3MP Image Sensors include a wake-on-motion (WOM) as well as multiple subsampling and functional modes. Applications include video conferencing (VC), smart access, machine vision, retail analytics, and more.
