Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductors Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors have a special construction that prevents sulfur gas penetration, significantly increasing reliability. Depending on the model, these resistors range from 1005mm to 2012mm in size and have a 50V to 150V rating. These ROHM Semiconductors Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C and are ISO9001/ISO/TS16949 certified. 

SFR Anti-Sulfur Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor SFR Anti-Sulfur Chip Resistors feature a special construction to prevent sulfur gas penetration and significantly increase reliability. The SFR Series is ISO9001 / ISO / TS16949 certified. These resistors are offered in numerous models in package sizes ranging from 1005 to 3225. ROHM Semiconductor SFR Anti-Sulfur Chip Resistors correspond to AEC-Q200 standards.
