PIC32CM MC00 Motor Control MCUs

Microchip Technology PIC32CM MC00 Motor Control Microcontrollers (MCUs) are designed with Arm^® Cortex^®-M0+ CPU that runs up to 48MHz with single-cycle hardware multiplier and MPU. The PIC32CM microcontrollers come with 128KB flash memory, 16KB SRAM main memory, and 4KB flash memory for data flash. Microchip Technology PIC32CM MCUs support internal and external clock options with a 48MHz to 96MHz Fractional Digital Phase Locked Loop (FDPLL), Power-on Reset (POR), and Brown-out Detection (BOD).

PIC32CM JH 32-Bit MCUs

Microchip Technology PIC32CM JH 32-Bit MCUs are SAM C21 family Arm® Cortex®-M0+ based MCUs. The PIC32CM JH has popular features, extended memory options of up to 512KB of Flash, and 64KB for designs that need functional safety, enhanced touch, or security. The devices are available in 32- to 100-pin package options. The MCUs are pin compatible with the SAM C21 family in the 32-pin, 48-pin, and 64-pin packages. This feature provides an upgrade path for existing designs or a scalable solution for designs.
