Pressure Sensors

Honeywell Pressure Sensors offer measurement solutions with a complete lineup of board-mount and heavy-duty sensors. These sensors are easily configurable and available in a wide range of ports, connectors, outputs, and pressure ranges. Honeywell Pressure Sensors are suitable for basic or complex applications, delivering enhanced precision, repeatability, and ruggedness.

PX2 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducer

Honeywell PX2 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers are housed in stainless steel for use in moderately harsh environments. PX2 includes higher pressures up to 1000psi and more standard configurations. Honeywell PX2 Transducer uses piezoresistive sensing technology with ASIC signal conditioning. The wide operating temperature range, up to IP69K protection, and CE compliance make the series suitable for use with moderately harsh agents such as brake fluid, refrigerants, engine oil, hydraulic fluids, and compressed air. Typical industrial applications include HVAC/R, air compressors, factory automation, pneumatics, valves, solar energy, and emissions monitoring. Transportation applications include system pressure, light hydraulics, brake and engine oil pressure, transmissions, and truck/trailer air braking. The PX2 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducer from Honeywell is engineered to be highly configurable, allowing designers to choose the form factor and functionality needed to meet specific application requirements.

Heavy Industrial Pressure Sensing

Honeywell PX2 and PX3 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers are highly configurable pressure sensors that use piezoresistive sensing technology with ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) signal conditioning in a metal housing. These Honeywell sensors are calibrated and compensated for offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity using the onboard ASIC. The Total Error Band, which provides an indication of the sensor’s true measurement performance over a specified temperature range, is ±2 %FSS (+40ºC to +125ºC [-40°F to +257°F]) for the PX2 series and ±1 %FSS (-20°C to +85°C [-4°F to +185°F]) for the PX3 Series. Pressure ranges are 1bar to 70bar | 100kPa to 7MPa | 15psi to 1000psi for the PX2 Series and 1bar to 50bar | 15psi to 700psi for the PX3 Series. Honeywell PX2 and PX3 Heavy Duty Pressure Transducers are designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and are RoHS and CE compliant.

Electronic Sensors

Honeywell Sensing and Control offers electronic sensors for any type of physical phenomenon that needs to be detected or measured.  Honeywell's portfolio includes temperature, pressure, force, current, humidity, magnetic, motion and position sensors. The sensors provide a corresponding output, usually in the form of an electronic signal.
